What's your browser? On Firefox mobile with no add-ons except for ublock origin enabled, the site works perfectly for me.
For me, the page contains a number of categories like compass roses, fauna, labels, rivers, monsters etc. under the search box. Each category contains maps from all over the world that include those features, most of them rather nice looking.

Once I get through the cloudflare shi^H^H^Hhuman proving I am presented with an empty list and a search box labeled 'Everything'.
I click search I get a list of maps.
I click on a map link and get a dialog entitled 'An error occurred' with the message 'TypeError: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource'
I go back to the list of maps and try several different maps with the same results.
I return here to whine and whinge.
