I tried to use Vim once, and found that none of the Emacs keybindings worked there. Seriously, learning x86 assembly language is easier than trying to grasp that INSANELY bad keyboard layout.
You probably won't believe it, it's crazy, I swear, but can you imagine? Turns out it's possible to re-map any key in Emacs. How the fuck only a few people know about this? It's unbelievable. Some kind of Emacs conspiracy, amiright? What's next? I find out that it is possible to change fonts and colors too? That's just complete bananas.
It has zero intuitive key bindings.
Also i swear that ctrl/tab/shift/alt should be kinda mapped opposite. This editor should be used only with Space-cadet keyboard from 70,80....
Seriously - learning 6502 assembly is easier than to graap those INSANELY bad keyboard layout.
That when I tried it, I was reading the best way to use it is to install plugins to make emacs behaves just like VIM.
